Stand the housing up where it will be located

half tighten a screw to hold in place

insert clips into jamb between magnet and jamb

do the same for both ends

attach jamb in center hole....don't tighten

ready for measurement of the tracks

measure from the housing to the jamb

measure to the jamb, add 1/8" to reach magnet

repeat measurement at the top

remove wrapper on 'do not cut' end of tracks

Leave wrapper on this end.

Be sure that both tracks are lined up equal

Make the measurement

cut both tracks together at same exact size

feed top track (45% cutout on back) through endcap

feed onto clip at top of housing

close up

track sits flush against housing.

fit track to clip at top of jamb and slide to magnet

be sure it sets inside to magnet

repeat for the bottom

remember that track sits flush to the housing

bottom of jamb same as top

check for square. make sure it is

once square, insert the rest of the screws

tighten all the screws. no need to overtighten

Use silicone to lubricate

spray where the plastic guides meet the tracks
